Doug was in Millbrook for a special tour of Phase II of the remarkable 17 Springs facility, and welcomed representatives of the five partners who have come together to make this dream a reality. Joining Doug were Elmore County Commission Chairman Bart Mercer, Elmore County Board of Education Chairman David Jones, Grandview YMCA Executive Director Bill Myers, City of Millbrook Director of Economic Development Ann Harper and Elmore County Economic Development Authority Executive Director Lisa Van Wagner.
